Question: How do I change the name on my Faulkner Media account?

Solution: Send an email to questions@faulknermedia.com with the invoice/ order number or the billing name used along with the name that needs to be on the account.
We will reply to the email telling you the name has been changed.

Note: Your username cannot be changed.
