The Output Window
Located in the output window are the Print, Send, and Download
options. To access these options, click on the FILE menu in the upper
left corner of the application window and click on either PRINT or
SEND/DOWNLOAD
Print
If you would like to print the lecture material found in the
Presentation window, select the PRINT option under the FILE menu. You
will see several printing options to choose from.
Page Layout: The selections in the page layout section describe
the various ways the lecture slides can be printed (one slide per
page, 3 slides per page, etc). A preview of the printout will appear
in the Preview window.
Also located in the PRINT window are several Page Options:
- Show Titles: displays the title of the slide
- Show Descriptions: displays professor side note about the
slide,if available.
- Show Note Lines: prints lines on the printout for student 's
written notes.
- Show Page Numbers: includes page number for the slide
printouts.
- Black &White: prints the slides in black and white,if
available.
- Include User Notes: includes any notes about the slide written
by the student in the Notepad window.
- The Outline option will print a page that contains the text of
the slide only.
Send
Students can send selected work to their professor through the
SEND window. There are 2 types of items you can send, Assessment
results and Assignments.
To send an Assessment item (either practice exercise results or a
graded online test result), select the item from the Send window and
push the send button. Your results will be sent electronically to
your professor. To send assignments, place the assignment to be sent
into your Assignments folder located in the ClassCD Material folder
on your hard drive (a shortcut to the assignments folder will also
appear on your desktop). Files located in the Assignments folder will
appear in the Send window. To send your work, select the assignment
file you wish to send, then push the send button.
NOTE -An email will be sent to the email address entered during
registration confirming that your work was received. Only one item
can be sent at a time. You must be online to Send or Download your
work. Be sure to save your work before you send by clicking on FILE
in the upper left corner, then selecting SAVE.
Download
You can download material provided by your professor though the
DOWNLOAD window. Items available will be displayed in the download
window. To download, select the desired file and push the download
button. When completed, the downloaded file will appear in the
downloads folder, located in the ClassCD material folder on your
computer's hard drive. |
