Software Window Disappears

Problem

One of the windows has disappeared from the Courseware.

Solution

Software Window Disappears Something causes damage to the window coordinates, resulting in a hidden window. One of the software windows may disappear if you accidentally move it outside the viewing area or change the screen resolution. To fix the problem, delete the "Shared Properties" file located in the "Course Software Material" folder on the computer's local hard drive.
